My greatest passion is helping horses find balance in both body and mind, thereby enhancing their health and vitality. Through a holistic approach, I focus on the horse's living conditions, feeding, training, and somatic health.
For me, it’s not just about symptom treatment but understanding the horse as a whole and uncovering the root causes behind challenges. I believe that by working deeply with the horse’s nervous system and supporting its natural self-regulation, we can create lasting changes, giving the horse more freedom in its body.
In 2012, I trained as an Equine Welfare Advisor, gaining a solid foundation in the science of learning psychology and how horses learn.
Since 2012, my own horses have inspired me to pursue further education in gentle therapeutic methods that work deeply with the horse's nervous system, connective tissue, muscles, organs, lymphatic system, and more to release toxins, pain, and tension.
All learning and therapy are based on optimal nutrition, where my knowledge of natural feeding and nutritional therapy plays an essential role. I am a certified Holistic Equine Nutritionist with over a decade of experience in feed counseling and supplement development, giving me broad expertise in how a holistic feeding approach can help horses achieve better balance 🤍
I have my own company, aSoma, where I offer Somatic Equine Bodywork as well as online courses with a focus on horse and rider's soma: www.asoma.dk
